MEC provides companies applying for work permits from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation with labor guarantee services. It's a fee-free service and charges of ministry of finance and are paid by MEC , As it is designed to support the business community in the UAE and to make the process of hiring employees easy and straightforward.

Eligibility
- Companies or employers with a valid Trade License and Signature card from Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. showing company number.
Documents Required
Through Branch Counters
- Valid copy of Trade License.
- Signature card from Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization showing company number or ministry approval.
Through E-banking
- Customers must have operative account with MEC
- Customers must have pre approval of work permit
- Eligibility as per criteria given above
